Same problem here. (left) click on corner for resize gives orange square
and right click menu. For me refocus almost never works to get rid of
the issue and orange resize square stays fixed on all desktops (also
when I move the LibreOffice window) untill I quit LibreOffice.

Some output when i start it from bash:

pc ~ $ libreoffice -writer
pc ~ $
(soffice:23991): Gdk-CRITICAL **: IA__gdk_window_get_events: assertion
`GDK_IS_WINDOW (window)' failed

(soffice:23991): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_object_ref: assertion
`G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed

(soffice:23991): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_object_unref: assertion
`G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed
pc ~ $

** Changed in: libreoffice (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Confirmed
