When I pin the terminal application to the launcher, and launch it, it
doesn't get an arrow indicating the application is active. When I click
the launcher again, it opens a new terminal window instead of showing
the current active one, or triggering expose.

The only way to get back to the other terminal application is to
minimize windows on top, or using Alt-Tab.

Does this behaviour corresponds with what you are describing here,
Nathan?
