Ivaylo BOTUSHAROVA, thank you for your link to manually correct the problem.
My problem was the same, but under "normal Ubuntu" instead of "Unity". It was 
impossible also to enable or disable a plugin without crashing the config of 
compiz.
I followed this article, and during my test, I had to use 
"compizconfig-settings-manager, preferences, Profile & Backend, return to the 
default (the one I use is" standard "and not " unity ").
Everything is then returned to normal, I can now use all the options I want 
without causing a crash.
I don't know why the "return to default" function, while the default config 
plant, but ... problem solved.
