Public bug reported: We are using gfxboot-theme-ubuntu source package in Ubuntu Customization Kit to change default language on live CD. It is downloaded using "apt-get source gfxboot-theme-ubuntu" and then compiled using "make DEFAULT_LANG=$LANG" (for example $LANG=pl). Languages list is updated based on *.tr files and generated files in boot/ are copied to live CD. You can see exact commands here: http://svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/uck/trunk/uck/customization-profiles/localized_cd/customize_iso?view=markup
It used to work correctly in version gfxboot-theme-ubuntu_0.1.25, but since version gfxboot-theme-ubuntu_0.1.26 boot menu last option is "F6 OK" instead of "F6 Options" (but it shows command line options, as previously). Seems that wrong translation is used. I have tested also gfxboot-theme-ubuntu_0.1.27, the problem is still there. See UCK bug #55980. BTW. I wonder if Ubuntu 6.06.1 live CD has the same problem. ** Affects: gfxboot-theme-ubuntu (Ubuntu) Importance: Untriaged Status: Unconfirmed -- When manually compiling gfxboot-theme-ubuntu F6 is shown as "OK" instead of "Options" https://launchpad.net/bugs/56520 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
