Hi Dave, Thanks for your quick reply. Before recording any video, please make sure you have the latest version (1.0.0). In the services tab, nothing should get greyed out. If you still have that issue, after reproducing, please attach the log file located at ~/.cache/ubuntuone/log/controlpanel.log
