I installed the debugging symbols and will try to create a useful backtrace. 
Today though, it appears that my log is clear of those errors and Nautilus 
works fine. I haven't done any upgrades since I reported the error. I have 
however changed do the "deadline" scheduler, reinstalled xmonad and gdm, and 
added the "noatime" and "discard" options the mount of ext4 on my SSD drive. 

I'll keep watching out for it.
