In general horizontal scrollbars are frowned upon, because they force
the user to "use" the scrollbar instead of the scroll wheel that's much
easier to use, and to do this for each line of text that is to be read.
Looking at that screenshot it looks like either:
1) the panes should be reorganized to look more like a page that only needs to
be scrolled vertically
or 2) the default window size should be bigger to accomodate
desktopcouch-ubuntuone being installed.
