it is not a duplicate of that bug #75244, as it occurs on all the time
on the windows and on single screens.
It seems like something is not being flushed out, because when you open
non UI intensive application it is fine. But then open another non UI
intensive application and the new window goes white.
Opening UI intensive applications like Firefox the Window is always
white.
I only have one screen too.
