All right, thanks for verifying. I'll submit the patch. I took a glance at the DSDT you attached, and it does have a WMI event object that could potentially be used to deliver hotkey events. If you interested in pursuing the wlan key (and any other nonfunctional hotkeys) further we should probably do so on a new ticket.
