The monitor section of your '/etc/X11/xorg.conf' file doesn't have your
monitor's horizontal and vertical refresh rate values in it but rather
default ones.  Possibly changing that section to one's supported by your
monitor would help.  I found the supported values in your
'/var/log/Xorg.0.log' file.
