Playback for me, was somewhat jerky...hardware or setting problem? I can't work with banshee at this time, don't like it at all--so I'm looking to purge-->re-install vlc. I'll wait a day or 2, incase some config file might help here. It be nice to figure out what pref/option change screwed-up!
