Yes. I initially tried on two different machines (Mac with firefox, and Ubuntu with firefox) and in both cases the captch was not displayed. After manually connecting to the captcha url and accepting the security keys on one machine (Mac) the captcha showed up on the mac and when I tried a little later on the Ubuntu machine the captcha showed up here as well.
This bug is serious specifically because it happened the first time (and second and third .... until I manually loaded the captha).
