I have had the same problems with 2.6.20-12 working and inmediately after updated to 2.6.20-13 stoped working as should, however something curious happened, it actually worked, however after updating and rebooting it didn't work, booting on old kernel didn't fix the problem, I booted again on 2.6.20-15, nothing, booted to other OS (Windows) and the back to 2.6.20-15 and it worked.
I did a dmsg greped trough dmesg but bcm43xx driver only reports loading, no problems so far. I'm thinking it may be a hardware problem actually, who knows. I think is better to close this bug as it may not be useful for the strange circumstances.
