Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: software-center

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Software Center
2. Install Adobe Flash plugin

Result:
- while the plugin is installing the SC will offer to add it to the Launcher
(it will not add it if Add is clicked)

Expected result:
- SC should not offer to add the Flash player to the Launcher because it is a
plugin, not a standalne application.
