* unattended-upgrade, data/50unattended-upgrades.{Debian,Ubuntu}:
- automatically fix a interrupted dpkg (e.g. from a powerfailure)
(LP: #584817)
- add Unattended-Upgrade::AutoFixInterruptedDpkg to allow the admin
to configure this option
