Public bug reported: Binary package hint: utouch
I had to re-install Ubuntu on my laptop. Before installing I was able to scroll using two fingers instead of using edge scrolling. Now, with the reinstall when two-finger scrolling is enabled I get no scrolling at all (edge or two-finger). I noticed that utouch wasn't installed by default, so I installed utouch and it still does not work (have rebooted since then). Previously I didn't really need to install anything to get this working (afaik) so I can only conclude this is a regression.
