Try to follow the steps bellow: 1. open a window (a terminal, for instance) 2. position the mouse in center of the window 3. press CTRL + middle mouse button 4. move the mouse with CTRL + middle mouse button pressed to resize the window 5. unity/compiz crashes
PS: I did an apt-get update/upgrade and now it happens in an intermitent way OBS: If I position the mouse near window sides resize works fine. That's why I told I must be very cautious. 2011/4/6 Alex Launi <alex.la...@canonical.com> > i'm sorry, can you elaborate what's happening? give me a full walk > through of what you do to cause this crash. > > ** Changed in: unity > Status: New => Incomplete > > ** Changed in: unity (Ubuntu) > Status: New => Incomplete > > -- > You received this bug notification because you are a direct subscriber > of the bug. > https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/746933 > > Title: > unity/compiz crashes when resizing a window with middle button of > mouse > > To unsubscribe from this bug, go to: > https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/746933/+subscribe > -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/746933 Title: unity/compiz crashes when resizing a window with middle button of mouse -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
