Terje - you have the bad luck to be running the Broadcom wl driver which is a proprietary binary blob. There isn't much we can do to fix its issues. The stack dumps in dmesg are merely warnings that the driver has received a data packet when there is no association (a bad thing in the 802.11 protocol), and as such is benign.
