Another note: I have set up a 10.04.2 HVM guest on a CentOS 5.5 + Xen
3.4.3 based host locally. This seems to work ok (though disk is file
based and I run on a AMD based host). One interesting info is that from
the dmesg that is attached, acpi fails to initialize. I have not set
"acpi = 1" in my config file, but the comments indicate that this would
be the default and so on my guest, there are acpi tables found.
