Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unity

Sorry if this is reported on wrong package, I lack the technical experience to
know what part of the system that is responsible to draw the Unity 3D top panel.
Sometimes when I log in the top panel seems to "crash". Please have a look at
the attached files on how it looks right after login and after some 10 seconds
later. Both the top panel and icons on desktop/launcher are "old" looking. The
window decorations look fine. It does not help to try to "reapply" the theme
through the visual settings.
