> * What locale do you use and is this string translated on your locale
and the translation installed?

System locale : French
Translations seem to be installed because most of the strings of the
application are translated in French.

Always

> * If so, what specific steps should we take to recreate this bug?

* Choose a different system language than english.
* Launch Shotwell
 * In preferences -> Importing
   - Directory structure : Custom (Personnalisé in french)
   - Pattern : %Y-%m %B-%d
 * Then import new images in library.

You'll see created folders like this :
 - 2011-01 March-01
 - ...

%B (name of month)in pattern is not translated into french.

I'm using Shotwell 0.9.0 from PPA on Ubuntu 10.10 with French language.

Thanks
