Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

I have set the key to change layout to be "Right Alt", this setting has
been working fine in previous Ubuntu releases (including Maverick). When
I updated to Natty, the Right Alt does change the layout from USA to
Arabic, but it does not switch it from Arabic to USA.
