I formated the partition, on which Ubuntu was installed (with Windows 7 Partition-Manager) and installed Ubuntu 11.04 beta release from USB-Stick. I use Ubuntu Classic (no effects) and now Suspend to RAM works fine!!!! I like Ubuntu 11.04 very much. It runs fast on my netbook.
