I've had this happen to me since 10.04, on most all the machines I've
installed it on, and it still happens to me, randomly it seems, in
10.10. I'm currtently typing this on a Toshiba T235D laptop, Ubuntu
10.10 64bit desktop, installed using wubi, but also happens on my other
machines that are not wubi installed, and they are using both Ubuntu
10.10 desktop 32 bit and 64 bit. This happens when I attempt to
authenticate Anything, changing my proxy and it asks twice (when
authenticating to proxy it sometimes won't close on the first window and
sometimes it happens on the second), and installing software, or pretty
much any authentication window, if I type "enter" or click "enter" it
doesn't close. I have to click on the "x" to close the window, (and my
"X" is in the top right, since I moved it back to the proper place after
installing and using "ubuntu tweak")
