Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: djbdns
dnscache-run in the repo claims "This package automatically sets up the djbdns
package to provide a
dnscache service, listening on 127.0.0.1 by default." It does nothing of the
sort.
The folders and config files are created, but no service is started and
nothing is added to any startup scripts, so it will never start! To
make matters worse it comments out the working DNS service in
/etc/resolv.conf and stick 127.0.0.1 in there - but nothing is running
on 127.0.0.1!
In it's current state this package is useless, especially for anyone not
Linux-savvy.
