Public bug reported:
I`ve added the nouveau module to /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf in order
to install the latest version of Nvida driver. I have a Nvidia ION GPU
but video playback performance is very poor.
I need to avoid the driver to be loaded to install the newest driver but
oddly, addind it to the blacklist had no effect.
