Hello Michael Surely this is a bug, so please suspend or hybernate your pc, resume, reboot, came to this page, click on the "Add attachment or patch" button, click browse, in the opened window click "File System", 2click on "var" folder, 2click on "log" folder, click on syslog file, click Open button, click on Post Comment button. Repeat this operation for every requested file. Thanks Fabio
