forcearch installation will work the same as before (i.e., not very
well).  ia32-libs will continue to work.

I don't know what "getlibs" is, so I disagree with your assertion that
it's famous.  But if it breaks, then it wasn't very robust to begin
with.  I guess the authors of this tool will need to update it for
multiarch compatibility.
