Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unity

I file this as a bug, but if you think it should be a suggestion I'll
post it to brainstorm. I see it as a bug especially because it has a
simple solution: in unity I can see "proposed" applications in the
applications menu. They're great, they look attactive, but the names are
often uninformative. I then fear to click on them, since launching
software-center on a netbook is a heavy process, and also because if I
click on one, the other ones "disappear".

Just adding the description of each package in a tooltip (maybe with the
screenshot too) would solve the problem. I could then move my mouse from
one icon to another and learn what things are. To get more information
or install I could then go to the software center.

** Affects: unity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
