Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gdm

Currently, the Universal Access Preferences' icon in GDM shows a "ban image" (a 
circle with a diagonal line).
I believe this is not appropriate since the current icon conveys ideas not 
related to Universal Access.

I will attach a screenshot.

In the previous version of Ubuntu, Universal Access Preferences had another 
icon:
