So, we should both affect gnome-panel and unity for that. The way to do
this is to change the start-here.svg icon for ubuntu-mono-light and
ubuntu-mono-dark icon themes.

I don't see the asset of the black on a white circle in the current
package, so I think the design team should update it (and the contrary,
white on a black circle for the light theme)

Reassigning to the ubuntu-mono package which include the sets of icons
for both themes.
