Hello again Moc! Thank you for the feedback. The Ayatana work has
generally been moving towards /passive/ notification methods so that the
notification does not interrupt your workflow. However, I frequently
find myself trying to click on the bouncy/jumpy half-icon when an
application is notifying me, so it would perhaps be better to pass this
along to some other people on the Design Team for their thoughts.
I'm marked it as affecting 'ayatana-design'.
