Public bug reported: Hello, I've been playing .wmv files in totem with no issues at all until last week. There have been 2 changes that may have affected this behavior. I upgraded my video card to an MSI N450GTS that uses NVIDIA's GeForce GTS 450 chip. I also downloaded the appropriate Linux driver from the NVIDIA website. Lastly, I'm not certain, but I believe a recent update from my Update Manager included w32 codecs. I am running Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick on kernel 2.6.35-28.49. I believe I am running totem 2.32.0-0ubuntu1. The .wmv files will play in VLC player with no issues. As a side note, Youtube plugin no longer works either.
