Obviously it is too late for Natty. But anyway, I like to note here that the package is awaiting submission to Debian in the NEW queue for some time now. In the mean time daisy- player has seen several new releases. While the package is waiting for the ftp-masters to check it, we won't upload a new version to Debian, unless we find something wrong with the current package. If Ubuntu is interested in getting daisy-player before it enters Debian, please let me know.
Newer versions of the packaging can always be found in the git repository [1]. The package will continue to be available via my PPA at launchpad [2].
