Wine downloaded the package instead of using the one from the distribution,
i.e. the one bundled wine1.3-gecko. I presume it's because the bundled one
is the wrong version.

This means Wine had to download the package from the web. Wine itself notes
that this isn't optimal and one should use the distribution's package when
possible.
