I'm still experiencing this bug with the latest daily build of natty (unity 3.6.6). Sometimes the launcher doesn't hide even if it overlaps the active (maximized) window. Sometimes it hides if it overlaps an inactive window only (as described in this report). Anyone else having this problems?
