Yes, chromium-browser-l10n is installed according to Synaptec Package
Manager.

Note that since having the latest version of Chromium installed via the
Update Manager, the interface to Chromium is now UK-English throughout.
I don't have a spare computer to test if this problem has been fixed. I
discovered this problem when I installed Chromium in Ubuntu, with the
locale settings in Ubuntu set to United Kingdom and Chromium did not
match it.

If I had a spare computer, I would install Ubuntu fresh with the UK
locale, then install Chromium to see if the language in Chromium matches
i.e. UK-English throughout. It was that method which uncovered this
bug, but it may be fixed now with the latest version of Chromium?
