I wanted enable the German Umlauts (ä,ü,ö,ß) at the text console
(tty1-6) and used the command "sudo dpkg-reconfigure console-setup". But
the settings, which are done there, affect only the recory modus console
(Umlauts are usable). If I boot with the normal method and change to a
text console, I can't use the Umlauts.
