Martin, Correct. That git commit is the only proposed change, and it consists of two upstream bug fixes and additional functionality for XInput 2.1 (multitouch) work. Current functionality is not changed. In fact, this is sort of a bug fix as without the changes running "xinput list" on a multitouch device will output some junk on the end that doesn't make sense.
