In this case there is no core dump. Apport will upload your /var/log/apt/term.log, and possibly some other details from the Apt back-end and/or system logs. If the Global package contained Apport hooks, those would be called as well, but that is not topical for this particular package (the packaging hasn't been touched much since it was created in 1999, it seems ...) Look at other Global bugs to see what files are typically attached when you file a bug with Apport (for example bug #655063, or check out https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/global). Thanks!
