Hi,

Could you please attach the contents of the file .xsession-errors from
your home directory just after a crash? It should contain useful
information as for the cause of the crash.

Alternatively, you can stop nm-applet and restart it on the console and
paste the output when it crashes:

killall nm-applet
nm-applet

The data printed to the console should then contain traces of what went
wrong when it crashes, just before exiting and returning control back to
the terminal.
