Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

I keep my Home folder on a separate partition which makes it easier to
upgrade/reinstall the OS. I had some folders synced with UbutuOne.
Recently I upgraded to Natty from Maverick. When I logged into UbuntuOne client
and tried to sync my Cloud Folders it started to download/upload all the files.
Since all the files in my system and in the Cloud are the same, there was
really no need to download/upload all the files. A better system should been
similar to rsync where only the changed files are copied.
