Can you please run the installer in debug mode up until the partitioning
page, then run `sudo apport-collect 728205`? You can put the installer
in debug mode by pressing "Try Ubuntu" at the first screen, then opening
a terminal window and typing `ubiquity -d`.
Also, please attach the output of `sudo os-prober`
