this issue.

This crash is not associated with any type of Draw file. In fact, I
recall creating a blank Draw instance and attempted to change the
orientation of the page. At that point the whole GNOME session crashes.

By deleting the ~/.openoffice folder it seems to have rectified itself
(it does create a new ~/.openoffice folder with the new Open Office
configuration settings from scratch).

My suggestion to recreate the problem is to install Ubuntu 10.04 from
scratch, upgrade it to 10.10 and see if the issue occurs.

I have yet to test LibreOffice Draw to see if the problem also occurs
there.
