Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: apt

apt-get update sometimes gives rows with "Ign":
Läs:1 http://se.archive.ubuntu.com feisty Release.gpg [191B]
Ign http://se.archive.ubuntu.com feisty/main Translation-sv_SE
...

It seems that missing files (404-errors) in a repo are reported as
"Ign". People ask on local forums "Ign? Is apt ignoring repos, and why?"
- receiving many suggestions but no answers. A "not found" error should
show as not found/not there. If it surely should've been there,
"missing" becomes appropriate.

** Affects: apt (Ubuntu)
