Here is the screenshot for the gksu popup. http://img132.imageshack.us/f/gksubug.png/ It was fine before my upgrade of fglrx, and the dependent packages of fglrx. Just right after the upgrade, gksu popup shows like a gtk window, and the other contents on the screen doesn't grey out.
