Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and help make Ubuntu
better. To help clarify the issue, would it be possible to answer a few
questions?
1. Is it not reading the original cd/dvd to be burnt?
2. Can you read it using other software?
3. Is it localised to one cd/dvd, or does it happen to all?
