I fixed it finally i did not know how to report that i had fixed it so excuse me. but still the main bug was that it happened automatically and would not revert. Any way I added a new panel by right clicking on the other panel i have and then added what i needed. by right clicking on the new panel and clicking on 'Add to Panel'
