Aaron - thanks for the tip concerning downgrading flash back to 10.1, that works great.
I've also updated to Chromium beta (10.0.648.82) and have now started getting the "can not run your plugin because it is out of date" message. You can permanently disable this by starting chromium-browser with the --allow-outdated-plugins argument.
