This patch doesn't seem to have been applied to the source shipped in the
bcmwl-kernel-source package, but only in the built sources, which are shipped
as binary. I'm using version 5.60.48.36+bdcom-0ubuntu5
and I had to apply the patch manually to build the source from
/usr/src/5.60.48.36+bdcom. (Same problem as with bug 590924.)
